1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on 9aji, accessing the website at 9aji.cam, or using any services provided through the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. Each individual may hold only one (1) account with 9aji. Creating multiple accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 9aji reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, confiscate any winnings or bonuses obtained through such accounts, and withhold any associated funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9aji account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 9aji immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. 9aji shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

2.3 Identity Verification (Know Your Customer)

In accordance with Philippine regulatory requirements and anti-money laundering (AML) standards, 9aji requires all members to complete identity verification before processing withdrawal requests. Verification typically requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a passport, driver's license, or UMID card) and, in certain cases, additional documentation such as proof of address or a selfie for facial verification.

9aji reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including but not limited to instances of unusual account activity, large withdrawal requests, or as required by applicable law. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by 9aji may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Deposits

9aji accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank), and USDT (Tether). All deposit transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the platform and may vary depending on your chosen payment method and account verification status.

Deposits are credited to your 9aji account balance upon successful confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank follow standard inter-bank transfer timelines and are typically completed within the same business day.

No failure or delay by 9aji in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. No waiver of any breach shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

13.4 Language

These Terms are written in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
